Michael
Naill
President
Mike brings his creative side to work with him
every day. If he is not personally drawing up your pool design,
he is managing the construction or renovation of another quality
Laurel Pool. Familiar with all aspects of pool construction, Mike
works hard at providing honest, timely service to each and every
customer. Mike contributes to the community as well by serving
as the President, Libertytown
Volunteer Fire Department!
Mike enjoys fishing, playing softball, and golfing. He is a coach for girls softball, Libertytown Recreation Council. He also enjoys
serving as a longtime member of American
Legion Post 282. To
Mike, staying busy is a way of life! |

Eddie
Griffith
Vice President
Eddie
and Mike go way back! Both previously employed at another pool
construction firm (now a competitor), these guys joined forces
to create one of the most expert teams of pool advisors you’ll
ever find. Eddie specializes in advising customers
every step of the way— from pool shape to pool budget to
how to backwash your pump. Because he has “seen
it all” in
terms of pool design, sales and construction, Eddie has (almost)
all the answers. Eddie manages to stay busy with several
professional affiliations (serving
on the Board of the local chapter of the Association
of Pool & Spa Professionals;
participating as
a member of the Fourth
Degree Knights of Columbus; and serving
as a longtime member of American
Legion Post 282). Eddie is also a devoted supporter
of the Special
Olympics Maryland organization. He took the
"plunge", along with 7,400 other participants, in
the 11th
Annual MSP Polar Bear Plunge 2007, which raised over $1.5
million for Special Olympics Maryland.
But when he has any spare time, he “loves the links”,
charter fishing and, of course, spending lots of fun in the
sun with his family. Oh—and
one more thing—Eddie
is an AVID RAVENS FAN! He currently serves as President, Ravens Nest 3 of Frederick County.

Carolyn
Griffith
CFO and Co-owner
Yes,
it’s all in the family. Carolyn and Eddie enjoy spending
work and family time together! Carolyn brings her sharpest tool to
the shop—her brain! Carolyn manages to keep complete track
of the loose ends at Laurel Pools. All while juggling raising a family,
keeping the books for Laurel Pools, and managing the Laurel Pool
staff! And great news for the tadpoles of the pool owner community
who don’t exactly know the ways of pool-water balancing, Carolyn
has been known to make house calls! She is a member
of the American Legion and enjoys reading. But Carolyn’s true
passion is traveling to sunny, tropical places! |
