Matthew Morch
President

After many years as a COO in the office furniture world, Matt has moved into the deep end of the pool industry.  Matt's extensive background in finance, operations, IT, HR, sales, and project management positions him to drive enhancements in our client experience at Laurel Pools. 

You will likely find Matt out at a job site helping oversee the project progress, or meeting with clients to help design their outdoor space they are visioning...

Matt works hard and plays hard, enjoying playing sports, being on the water, drumming, and spending time with family!

Mike Naill
VP of Construction

Bringing over 35 years of experience (25 with Laurel Pools!) to the table, Mike applies his creativity at work each day… If he is not personally drawing up your pool design, he is managing the construction or renovation of another quality Laurel Pool. Mike expertly manages pool construction and offers honest, timely service to every customer.  

A true family man, Mike makes time for his wife and two daughters, whether that's being a coach for girls’ softball, cooking for family outings, or jumping in to umpire when needed. 

He also contributes to the community as well by serving as the President, Libertytown Volunteer Fire Department for 10 years and serves as a longtime member of American Legion Post 282!
