I really can't say enough about this approach. We have had conversations with others, even in person meetings too and getting to any type of pricing whatsoever remains a mystery it seems (which I also totally can understand given we didn't flesh out patio / size, etc. during our conversations) BUT this level of transparency is so refreshing! ...We are really excited to work with you.
