From design and construction to service and support, each team member is committed to making the process smooth and enjoyable. We take pride in our work, stand behind what we build, and value long-term relationships with the homeowners we serve across Central Maryland.
Matthew Morch
President
Matthew brings a background in finance, operations, and leadership to Laurel Pools. After years in executive roles outside the pool industry, he stepped into the business to enhance the client experience and guide the company’s continued growth. Matthew is often found on job sites working with clients and teams to ensure projects reflect each homeowner’s vision.
Mike Naill
VP of Construction
With over 35 years of experience including 25 years at Laurel Pools, Mike oversees construction and renovation projects with precision and care. Known for his creativity and problem solving, Mike ensures every project is built with integrity, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Kevin Griffith
Service Manager
Kevin leads the service team, managing ongoing pool care and maintenance operations. His focus is on reliability, responsiveness, and protecting each client’s investment long after construction is complete.

Jon Harris
Site Manager
Jon plays a key role in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. As Site Manager, he works closely with construction teams and clients to ensure schedules, materials, and workmanship stay aligned with Laurel Pools’ standards.
Serena Johnikin
Office Manager
Serena helps keep Laurel Pools organized and responsive behind the scenes. From coordinating communication to supporting day to day operations, she ensures clients and team members have what they need throughout the project lifecycle.
Louie
Pool King Emeritus
A longtime presence around Laurel Pools, Louis has officially earned emeritus status. These days, he can be found enjoying the finished product and keeping morale high. Duties include poolside supervision and quality control of snacks and beverages.
